Travelled with my small family, spent 4 nights here and had a lovely stay. Enjoyed staying at the standard queen room with garden view. The employees were affable all the time.

The staff team was helpful and welcoming at any time. We had wheelchair accessible room with poorly covered window, garden view, for example, which was important. Had great and quiet location close to everything. It was a great experience.

The location was great, just a short walk away from a ruined monastery. Had essentials needed in the family queen room, including a microwave, coffee/tea making machines, and fridges. The best thing was how welcoming the staff were...

I got budget double room for 1 night with poorly covered window, garden view, for example, loved it. Location: the hotel was really close to a quiet area, the town centre, and the volcano🙂

The staff at this small family-run hostel were extremely helpful and accommodating. They stored our bags securely when we went off to climb the volcano and visit the lake, even allowing us to check in early when we arrived before the scheduled time. The location was also excellent, with a central courtyard area that was perfect for relaxing in the hammocks provided. The hostel offered a delicious and varied breakfast each morning, and even provided a packed breakfast for our Pacaya trip. the value for money was exceptional.

The helpful host made my stay enjoyable and the value for money was excellent. The hostel's central courtyard area was a nice place to relax. The room was clean and the bed was comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast provided was tasty and a packed breakfast was even given for a day trip. The hostel also offered affordable shuttle services.
One night, the lack of a key for the main door caused some inconvenience when a late guest had to be let in. The thin walls between rooms allowed for noise from neighboring guests to disrupt sleep.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They offered a great shuttle service that made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and sights within walking distance. We also loved the comfortable shared area with a hammock where we could relax and unwind.
That the rooms facing the street were quite noisy, with traffic and people waiting outside. It would have been better to have a room with a garden view to avoid the noise.
